On physical pain and spiritual stresses of life; A moment of reflection on your Journey To More:

God says: "I will give you great treasures hidden in darkness, unfathomable riches in secret places, so that you may know that I am The Lord." Isaiah 45:3 LSV

Priceless, spiritual treasures, more often than not, are unearthed during our darkest days, without which, we may remain 'dull of hearing'.

As the Apostle journaled in Hebrews 5:11 (LSV), "There is much more I would like to say about 'this', but it is difficult to comprehend, especially since you are spiritually dull and don't seem to listen well." '

Dark days' are often the pick and axe which help open the ears of our heart, and unearth the unsearchable riches God wants to give each of us.

Matthew 13 (LSV) further explains, 44 "Kingdom of Heaven riches are like treasures hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field." 45 Again, Kingdom of Heaven treasure seekers, are like a merchant seeking fine pearls, 46 and upon finding one pearl of great price, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.

Often God uses financial misery, emotional pain, and physical affliction, to motivate us to a deeper and deeper search for wisdom, mercy, direction... and greatest of all, More of Jesus' realized Presence. And, Oh how rich we become when we seek, then discover, the greatest of all Treasures --- More of Him, 'The Pearl of Great Price'!

Abba, thank you for loving us enough, to give me what we need, that You may bless us beyond our wildest dreams, now, and in Your Kingdom. Father, "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven."
