God says: "I will give you great treasures hidden in darkness, unfathomable riches in secret places, so that you may know that I am The Lord." Isaiah 45:3 LSV
Priceless, spiritual treasures, more often than not, are unearthed during our darkest days, without which, we may remain 'dull of hearing'.
As the Apostle journaled in Hebrews 5:11 (LSV), "There is much more I would like to say about 'this', but it is difficult to comprehend, especially since you are spiritually dull and don't seem to listen well." '
Are you being held captive by 'earth-bound' thinking and living? A moment of reflection on your Journey to More:

This may be hard to fully comprehend, but happiness, euphoria and ecstasy are not inventions of man, nor are they fully experienced on earth. It was God who created the very greatest of feelings that reside in our souls.
It's natural to wonder whether or not in heaven, these same types of feelings will be fully experienced, or are our earth-feelings simply an exotic teaser, never again to be experienced as intensely in Heaven as they are on earth? Is Heaven going to be a non-stop hymn sing and prayer meeting, or will there be pleasures in heaven that far exceed the very greatest ecstasies of earth?

Hymnody is sweet with the longing after God, the God whom, while the singer seeks, he knows he has already found . 'His track I see and I’ll pursue,' sang our fathers only a short generation ago, but that song is heard no more in the great congregation.
How tragic that we in this dark day have had our seeking done for us by our teachers. Everything is made to center upon the initial act of “accepting” Christ (a term, incidentally, which is not found in the Bible) and we are not expected thereafter to crave any further revelation of God to our souls.

To another wayward generation God declared: “I (can) will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, My great army, which I sent among you.” Joel 2:25 ESV.
As He promised His children Israel, God can and will restore ‘lost’ years, by providing a deepening relationship with Jesus, but only in direct proportion to us passionately seeking More of His realized Presence with a whole heart, in the here and now.

With "words": We're surrounded with an army of zillions. From the moment we wake, till we close our eyes in restless sleep, they invade our eyes, minds and souls. They scream, 'read me, use me, take me, buy me, drink me, smell me, touch me, use me, sleep with me.
